She is survived by: her children, Laura Castellanos, Sonia Cortez (Carlos), Ramiro Mireles (Rosalina) and David Lee Mireles (Amber); and her siblings, Maria Villarreal, Jose Hilario Benavidez (Maria) and Hector Gonzalez (Sulema). She is also survived by several other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
