She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Dostalik and Adella Novak Dostalik; her husband Dan Hajek; her son Leonard Hajek (Gracie); and her sister Gladys Dostalik.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Hajek (Cindy), Cynthia Reynolds (Jackie) and Vernon Hajek (Kathy); her siblings, Erwin Dostalik of Houston, Bertha Douglass of Colleyville and Loreen Herman of Victoria; and her grandchildren, Charlene Henley, Clayton Knellinger, Louis Hajek, Lance Hajek, Camille Ahern, Michelle Durham, Amanda Elkins, Natalie Clark and Alexandra Hajek. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
