She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Richter; and her sons, Garry and Kenneth Richter. She is survived by: her children, Ron Richter (Angie), Patsy Richter and Debbie Richter; and her brother Floyd Otto Hoff (Ernestine). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
