She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Leal and Alfredo Leal; her husband Jose M. Garcia Jr.; her daughter Melissa Garcia; and her siblings, Refugia (Cuca), Pedro, Alfredo and Lupe.
She is survived by: her children, Jose M. Garcia III (Jennifer), Javier Garcia, Omar Reyes (Rebekah), Jonas Garcia, Kian Garcia and Alysha Garcia; and her sister Rosa Gonzalez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
