It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cruz Gonzalez Sr. in Kingsville, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Gonzalez and Paula Gonzalez of Kingsville; his siblings, Ernesto Gonzalez of Kingsville and Ernestina Escamilla of Kingsville; and his son Casey Gonzalez of Kingsville.
He is survived by: his wife Petra B. Gonzalez; and his children, Cruz Gonzalez Jr. (Gina) of Huntsville, Alabama, Corando Cly Gonzalez of Kingsville and Christina Hinojosa (Juan). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
