He was predeceased by: his parent Grace Phipps; and his siblings, Sally Saunders and Johnny Harper. He is survived by: his wife Susan Harper; his children, Michael Harper (Becky), Mark Harper and Christine Hodo; and his siblings, Virgil Harper, George Wallace, Terry Wallace, Gordon Wallace, Ann Lacy and Lee Price. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
