He is survived by: his children, Steven Salinas (Araceli) of Houston, Orlando Zapata of Lockhart, Daniel Quintanilla of Kingsville, Oscar Quintanilla of Kingsville, Emily Salinas of Kingsville and JoAnna Salinas of Atlanta, Georgia; his siblings, Carlos Salinas (Maria), Arnold Salinas (Suzie), Yolanda S. Chavez of Kingsville, Delia S. Floyd of El Campo and Guadalupe Gonzalez of Robstown; and his grandchildren, Daniel Salinas, Elissa Salinas and Emma Salinas.
