She was predeceased by: her parents, Aniceto Quinones Hinojosa and Olivia Salazar Garcia Hinojosa; her husband Thomas T. Basaldua; her grandchildren, David Thomas Clapper and Christiana Joy Clapper; and her siblings, Eloy Hinojosa, Roberto Elizade, Ramon Hinojosa, Alfredo Hinojosa, Hermodea Huerta, Maria Consuelo H. Lopez, Dora H. Cantu, Olivia Hinojosa and Maria Lilia H. Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Clapper (David R.), Onilia Basaldua and Thomas T. Basaldua, Jr. (Nancy); her sister Marcia H. Gonzalez (Jesus) of Kingsville, TX; and her grandchildren, Catherine Gonzalez (Raymond), Gabriel Gonzales, Michael Gonzales (Marcela), Debra Basaldua, Rachel Basaldua, Daniel Basaldua and Rebecca Basaldua. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and loving family members.
