He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Audon Beltran and Rosa Beltran; his siblings, Angelina Cisneros, Ramona Martinez and Octaviano Beltran Sr.; his sons, Armando Beltran (Debra) of Wyoming, Oscar Beltran of Corpus Christi and Daniel Beltran of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his siblings, Balbina Garza, Sofia Mendez, Albesa Pena and Arnoldo Beltran. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
