He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alfonso Rios, Alonso Rios, Cecilia Rios, Lucia Escobar and Christina Rios.
He is survived by: his wife Olga A. Rios of Kingsville; his daughters, Noelia R. Belmontes (Derek), Yolanda R. Morin (Alvin), Cecilia R. Gonzalez (Roel) of Kingsville and Olga R. Burris (Todd) of Independence, MS; his brother-in-law Maximo Arriaga (Delia) of Kingsville; and his sisters, Teresa R. Barrera of San Antonio and Guadalupe R. Whitley of Kerrville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, and nephews.
