He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Von Ruff and Melinda Wiese Von Ruff; and his wife Marilyn "Lynn" Von Ruff. He is survived by: his sons, Al VonRuff (Kathleen) of Mundelein, Tim Von Ruff (Cristina) of Houston, Daniel Von Ruff (Gokce) of Bursa, Turkey Ruff and Tom Von Ruff (Andrea) of Fort Worth; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Lucas, Amanda, Jessica-Aylin and Lilliana.
