He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Guadalupe Buentello; and his sons, Julian Buentello and Alberto Buentello Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Carmella Jimenez, Corina Cantu and Joe Buentello; his sister Adelina Betancourt; and his great grandchild Fabian Navarro. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary (205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM and from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
