She was predeceased by: her father Octavio Flores Sr.; and her grandparents, Mercedes R Calzada, Desiderio Calzada Sr., Macedonio Flores and Otilia Flores.

She is survived by: her husband Arturo Herrera; her children, Kayla A. Gomez and Caleb A. Herrera; her stepson Derrick D. Herrera; her mother Mary F. Rodriguez; and her brothers, Octavio Flores Jr. (Rosanne) and Gilberto Olivarez.
