He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Lance and Eva Lance (Courtney). He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Nachelle Lance (James Humble) and Natasha Geller (Randall); his siblings, Kenneth Lance (Dedra), Anette Carter, Brad Carter, Jeff Carter and Bill Carter, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Allison Lance, Sophia Carter, Carlene Savard, Nicholas Carter, Travis Carter, Allison Semler and Devon Ogrodowicz; and his pets, Camo and Daisy.
