He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Payne and Bertha Mae Payne; and his brother Paul Payne. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hodges Payne of Kingsland; his children, Tricia Payne Frantz (Joe) of Oklahoma City and Michael Payne of Kingsland; his granddaughters, Nicole Frantz Smith (Bryan) of Oklahoma City and Dr. Danielle Buis (Robert) of Oklahoma City; his great grandchildren, Sarah, Jacob, Ben and James; and his brother Ray Payne (Norma Payne) of Tomball. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
