She is survived by: her children, Teri Thomas and Mike Adams (Kelly) of Canyon Lake, TX; and her grandchildren, Kim Thompson of Granbury, TX, Kelly Guthrie (Paul) of Wichita Falls, TX, Cole Adams (Jennifer) of New Braunfels, TX, Brooke Woodul of Marble Falls, TX, Allison Johnson (Matt) of Coral Gables, FL, Jason Thomas (Christine) of Erie, CO and Scott Thomas (Connie) of Austin, TX. She is also survived by sixteen great- grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Polly donated her time by helping assemble boxes for Operation Christmas Child when she could no longer work outside.
