He was predeceased by: his parents, John Draper and Gilberta Draper (Green); his wife Gaynelle; his daughter Sheri McMillen; his sisters, Merle Rife and Faye Adams; and his granddaughter Christina Upchurch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Severs (Brian) of Rowlett and Dyanne Babin (Jim) of Kingsland, Texas; his grandchildren, Phillip Livingston, Melissa Moore, Michelle McMillen, Misty Self, Shane McMillen, Amber O'Grady and Tristan Sabrsula; and his brother John Draper. He is also survived by Ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and numerous extended family members and friends.
