She is survived by: her husband Vern Blaine Hurlbert; her daughters, Verna Caskey (Kenneth) and Roxie McCoy (Allen); her grandchildren, Rena, John Monson, Dixie, Jim Van Landingham, Dawn Dulaney-Tracy, Lance Tracy, Michael and Cherese McCoy; and her great grandchildren, Jarrett Brice, Sakaiya McCoy and Brandon McCoy.
