He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Taylor and Helen Briley Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Taylor; his sister Jeanne Bryant (Rob); his children, Michael Taylor (Amber) of Seguin and Michelle Martinez of Lubbock; and his stepsons, Keith Best (Katie) of Kingsland and Josh Kelso of Kansas City.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Harrell Funeral Home - Kingsland (145 Texas Ave, Kingsland, TX 78639). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bluffton Cemetery (8685 Ranch Rd 2241, Bluffton, TX 78607).
