He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Chester and Roberta Kizer (Miller); his siblings, Kenneth Kizer and Margaret Farmer; and his son-in-law Dennis Voigt.
He is survived by: his significant other June Kizer; and his children, Kathryn Kizer Thompson, Larry Kizer (Laury), Connie Sue Kizer, Karen Ann Voigt, Gwendolyn Simpson (Mark) and Willie Eugene Kizer, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
