He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Gore; his children, Diana Creel (Dan), Dwayne Gore (Amy) and Peggy Smith (Michael); his grandchildren, Erica Betts (Jim), Danielle Creel, Samantha Gore, Jacob Gore, Tabitha Betts (Steve), Chris Smith (Sara) and Chad Smith (Ashton); his great grandchildren, Averi Creel, Rylee Betts, Wilder Creel, Delaney Creel, Daemon Betts, Paislie Smith, Oakley Smith, Toby Smith and Peyton Smith; his brother Earl; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Meyer and Connie Cunningham (Mark).
