William P. Gibson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2023, at the age of 77, William P. Gibson (Killeen, Texas), born in Temple, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Gibson and Francis E. Gibson; and his brother James A. Gibson (Donna R. Gibson). He is survived by: his daughter Heather Bovat (Greg) of Holden Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Sarah, Allie and Leah; his sister Sally Webb; his nephews, Kevin Webb and Christopher Webb; his sister Jean Karr (Robert Karr); his nieces and nephews, Courtney Baumstauk of St. Louis, MO and Lee Ann McKinney of Phoenix, AZ; his sister-in-law Sue Gibson; his nephews, Allen Gibson of Austin, TX and Kirk Gibson of Texarkana, TX; and his stepson Wallace O'Kelley (April O'Kelley) of Ruidoso, NM.
Bill was a generous supporter of MD Anderson Cancer Center, and the family would prefer donations to MD Anderson, in lieu of flowers.
