He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mowers and Luella Mowers; and his siblings, Carl Mowers and Helen Duskee. He is survived by: his wife Soon Im Yu; his daughters, Helen Mowers, Lana DeLeon (Rolando) and Linda Bank (Tommy); his granddaughters, Sarah and Olivia DeLeon; and his siblings, Jerry Mowers (Barbara) of Lewisville, TX and Sheila Fitzhugh (Bud) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
