He is survived by: his brother Steve; his wife Debra Millsap; his children, Kimberly (Kyle Wagner) and Billy; his grandchildren, Layden, Braxx, Laramie, Trinity, Jackson and Hope; his mother Glenda Williams (Williams); his stepfather Billy Williams; his siblings, James Millsap (Amy), Linda Hutto (Don) and Betty Millsap-Boriskie; and his stepsiblings, Wendi Smith (Allen) and Travis Williams (Brandi). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
