He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Luther "Jack" and Ruby Donna Stanley Sims; and his sisters, Melissa Sims and Teresa Starks. He is survived by: his children, Michael Sims, Kristin Harrington and Donna Sims.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
