He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Husok; and his brothers, Gary and Mark Husok. He is survived by: his son Michael (Angelica); his stepdaughters, Christine Richie of Pennsylvania and Rebecca Sauter of Germany; his grandchildren, Anthony, Jonathan and Michelle; and his sisters, Mara Eiben (Jim) and Gina Husok. He is also survived by his son, daughter-in-law, and his three grandchildren.
