She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Spain and Gladys Ione Smith Spain; her husband David H. Cagle; and her siblings, Odis "Bo" Spain, Bobbie Turley and Ola Dean Pickett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Springfield of New Braunfels and Pamela Haston-Dodge (Herbie) of Knoxville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Justin Springfield (Jenna), Jerris Springfield (Kyndra), Cody Haston, Sami Springfield and Trey Dodge (Eryn); her great grandchildren, Ava, Henry, Jarrett, Mason, Rylee, Kamdyn, Wyatt, Watson, Isabella and Ellis; and her brother Russell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, if desired, may be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
