He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Rodriguez and Carmen Lopez Rodriguez; his former wife Adelaida Mendez Rodriguez; and his great grandchild Hannah Davis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rodriguez; and his children, Rick Rodriguez (Melissia), Rachel Gonzales (Billy Joe), Donna Sypion and John Sypion. He is also survived by 1 brother and 4 sisters, 7 grand children and 14 great grandchildren.
