She was predeceased by: her parent Emaline Williams; the father of her children Charles Watson; her husband Daniel Lara; her daughter Carroll Watts; her sister Elouise Williams; and her grandchildren, William Watts and Ella Louise Arevalo.
She is survived by: her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Watson of Damascus, Oregon; her daughters, Katharine (James Newman) and Elaine Arevalo of Temple, Texas; and her sister Lula (Toney Robison). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
