He is survived by: his mother Ruth "Joy" Valentine (Polk); his daughter Kacy; his son-in-law Jeremiah Eplin; his grandsons, Darion, Jackson and Charlie; his siblings, Diana Hopkins (Joe) and Rodney Valentine (Shawn); his uncle Gary Polk (Jane); and his aunts, Bonnie Valentine and Diane Eastes (Bud). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
