He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Albert Earnest Lauts and Helen Gertrude Lauts (Turnbull); his daughter Cynthia Grace; and his siblings, Geraldine and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Johnathan, Roanna Marie, Albert Leland, Helen Kay, Wences Robin, Anthony Nephi (Mo) and Jeffrey Dean. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2800 North Dr, Taylor, TX 76574). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
