He is survived by: his wife Tammie; his children, Lauren Montgomery (Ryan), Lyndsay Elgin (Kaleb), Robert E Thorman III, Mathew Liles (Sandra), Jessica Liles and Amanda Gares; his grandchildren, Riley, Sophia, Bentley, Addison, Sarah, James, Franky, Kaden, Rhett, Kash and Reid; his mother Serafina Thorman; and his sisters, Gina Lendway, Terry Cardona (Charlie), Rosie Eilers (Scott), Bobbie Sue Grimm (Todd) and Angela Stamness (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends he considered "brothers".
