He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Smith and Stanley Smith. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Smith; his daughters, Wendy Castleman and Jennifer Price; his son-in-law Jesse Price; his grandchildren, Robert Castleman, Dakota Castleman, Faith Watkins, Breanna Pruitt, Sarah Price and Jesse Price; his siblings, Larry, Stanley Smith and Kathy Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Ford and Mike Ezell (Willie Ezell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations towards Smitty's funeral costs.
