He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil William, Sr. and Emily Cent Todd; his former wives, Sue Ann Padgett, Grace and Glenna; his siblings-in-law, Wanda Todd and Larry Young; and his siblings, Lee Todd of Richland, MO, Grady (Donna Todd) of Carthage, MO, Josie Young of Stockton, MO and Don (Sally Todd) of Millington, TN..
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanine Reneé Grutter (James Grutter); his wife Violet Todd (Gidget); his stepsons, Sean Novak (Cynthia) and Brian Novak; his sons, Kevin Todd of Atlanta, GA and Mike Todd of Terlingua, TX; his grandchildren, Andrew (Laura Todd) of Indianapolis, IN and Kimberly Todd (Daniel) of San Antonio, TX; and his great grandchildren, Isabella and Charlie of Indianapolis.
