He is survived by: his wife Jean Jacobs Spruill of Rich Square, NC; his children, Naomi Spruill of Greenville, NC and Eric Spruill of Albany, GA; his siblings, Venus Michele Spruill of Rich Square, NC, Beverly Spruill Riddick (Barron) of Ahoskie, NC, Yasmin Spruill Moodie (James) of Capron, VA, Minister Deborah Carroll (Timothy) of Rocky Mount, NC, Wayne Spruill (Donna) of Roxobel, NC and Andre Spruill, Sr. (Cynthia) of Ahoskie, NC; and his aunt Hilda Cumbo Cotten of Garysburg, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
