He is survived by: his mother Mary Blue; his children, Nahlia Tyler Hackney of Killeen, TX and Gino Tyler Hackney of Killeen, TX; his stepfather Reynold Blue; his siblings, James Bell IV (Misty) of Houston, TX, Hackney Banks and Mashantes Hackney; and his grandmother Loretta Avance of South Bend, IN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
