She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Foster and Honora Foster; her siblings, Arnold Foster Jr. and Theresa; and her husband Eugene Richard Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Eugene Miller Jr. of Killeen, Sharon Miller, Elizabeth Moulds of Copperas Cove, Mark Miller of Killeen and Kristina Miller-Straley; her son-in-law Van Straley of Copperas Cove; her granddaughter Jessica Miller-McLeroy (Tommy McLeroy); her great grandchild Jaime McLeroy of Cedar Park; and her grandsons, Steele and Gage Straley of Copperas Cove.
