With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karolina Chervanick of Killeen, Texas, who passed away on June 10, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Cech and Emilie Cech; her husband Albert Chervanick; her sister Rosl Holzschuh; her daughter Karen Getz; and her grandson Robert Prentiss.

She is survived by : her nieces, Sibylle Kretz, Gabriele Nohe and Angelika Stuhl; her grandchildren, Donna Thompson, Kimberly Getz and Donald Getz Jr.; her great grandchildren, Amber Wagner, Clyde Thompson Jr., Amy Getz, Kevin Getz, Kieth Getz, Ashlee Getz, Paul Temple and Brian Temple; and her faithful confidant Patricia Masto.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home (506 N 38th St, Killeen, TX 76543). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Killeen Volunteer Fire Department.
