He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Joaquin C. Blas; his children, Patrick Blas, Jesse Blas (Judy Blas), Fred Dela Cruz (Merci Dela Cruz), Jessann Blas and Dina Blas; his grandchildren, Katelyn Ard (Wesley Ard), Ryan Blas, Jacob Blas, Joshua Blas, Kelsey Dela Cruz, Fredrico Dela Cruz (Tiffany Dela Cruz), Alyssa Dela Cruz, Mia Dela Cruz, Aiden Dela Cruz, James Blas and Amanda Blas; his great grandchildren, Carson Ard and Melody Dela Cruz; his siblings, Tony Materne, Doring Blas and Lola Carbullido; his father Rosario C. Blas; his children, Teresita Duenas Blas, James K. D. and Juan Blas; and his brothers, Joaquin Blas, Manuel Blas and Daling Diaz.
