She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Baer and Cecilia Baer; her husbands, Harry L. Axline, Jr. and Wesley W. Potts; her brother Sanford Baer; her daughter-in-law Carolyn K. Axline; and her granddaughters, Kari R. Axline and Stephanie L. Brister.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Ann Richardson (Roy) of Pittsburg, MO, Harry L. Axline III, Michael D. Axline of Pearland, TX, Cecilia "CJ" Salisbury (Palmer) of Crofton, MD and Bruce A. Axline (Cathy). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 23 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
