It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Whitmore (Killeen, Texas), born in Texarkana, Texas, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Whitmore and Isabell Johnson; his wife Ethel Jean Hawkins; his daughters, Chauna Reddick and Jamie Woodards (Robert Woodards); and his grandchildren, Alexandria Reddick, Jago Woodards and Johnson Woodards.
To honor James C Whitmore's memory and his compassionate nature, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
