It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabell Phoebe Bell of Killeen, Texas, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Oscar and Myrtle Alma Thompson (Cook); her husband Junior "Shorty" Bell; and her son Randy Woods. She is survived by: her children, Anita Hacker of Killeen, Shasta Reynolds of Greeley, KS, Serena Cline of Terrell, TX, Terry Bell of Clarksville, TN and Mark Woods of Independence, MO; and her sister Jeanette Byard of Osawatomie, KS. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
