He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Walker and Thelma Walker; and his son Dr. David Walker. He is survived by: his wife Annie; his stepdaughter Linda Foster (David); and his grandchildren, Nick Foster (Jasmine), Susan Garza (Edgar), Mark Foster (Jenni), Catherine Foster (Michael), Kimberly Bates (Shawn) and Wayne Foster (Katherine). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
