He is survived by: his children, Christopher Huggard, Michele Hutton, Tom Huggard and James Huggard; his siblings, Harriet Huggard Shaw, Shirley Huggard Foreman and Kit Huggard; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Hayes, Rachel Alatza and Sean Kersey. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
