He was predeceased by: his father Ivan Strampe; his grandparents, John, Dorothy Reichard (Droste), Walter and Della Strampe (Judd); and his sister-in-law Rita Strampe.
He is survived by: his mother Lois Strampe (Reichard); his spouse Kim Sin Ye; his daughters, Angela Bishop (Donnie), Shannon Sorrells (Earl) and Katie Del Hoyo (Joe); his grandchildren, Sarah, Jonathan Bishop, Ashley, Jacob Sorrells, Ayla and Ayanna Del Hoyo; his siblings, Mark Strampe (Susan), Teresa McGinnis (Bob) and Greg Strampe (Dessalee); his nieces, Christina McGinnis, Becky Kelly (Christian), Amy LeMoine (Tom), Stacey Schraufnagel (Nate) and Dana Crawford (Chris); and his caregiver John. He is also survived by six great-nieces, three great-nephews and two great-great-nieces.
Memorial donations are being accepted by the family.
