He was predeceased by: his parents, John Muth and Pauline Muth. He is survived by: his wife Paula Godwin Muth; his son Charles Foster Muth, Jr. (Chuck); his brothers, John Phillip Muth (Julie) and Robert Lindsay Muth (Ellen); his aunt Sue Killam; and his cousins, David, Kati and Tracy.
