He is survived by: his wife Maria Thelma Benavidez; his children, Samantha Benavidez (Vincent Apodaca), Sabrina Smallwood (Michael), Stephanie Rivera and Eusebio Benavidez IV; his sisters, Alma Espinosa, Guadalupe Guerra and Elva Kimbrel; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jax Apodaca, Ethan, Eian, Eli, Michael Smallwood Jr., Sophy, Sarah, Sydni, Samuel Rivera and Eusebio Benavidez V..
