Though Estela Cecilia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Estela Cecilia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oswaldo Miller and Iris May Naylor; her husband Carlos Alonso Bowen, Sr.; her son Carlos Jr.; and her sister Berta James.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Bowen (Ruby) and Carla Bowen; and her daughter-in-law Paula Bowen. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
