He is survived by: his wife Martha Chafin; his daughters, Ginger (Jeff McJunkins) and Donna (Mitch Cogbill); his grandchildren, Bradley McJunkins, Kaylee Cogbill, Katie McJunkins and Courtney Cogbill; his great-niece Vicky Johnson; and also Bill Cooke.
