He was predeceased by: his parents, Brylen Windham and Viola Lee Windham. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Windham of Kilgore; his daughter Glenda Bailey (Jody Bailey) of Kilgore; his brother Martin Windham of Pineville; his granddaughter Josie Baily of Longview; and his stepgrandchildren, Bryce Bailey of Kilgore and Breezye Huddleston of Tyler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew and other family members and friends.
